I am a health economist/economist (FOR —140208 Health Economics, 1402 Applied Economics, and 1117 Public Health and Health Services). These days I have been working as a Research Associate, at the School of Advertising, Marketing & PR at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). My current research projects include cyberbullying and suicide prevention for adolescents and digital health and health promotion to further advance services for people with disabilities. My PhD research focuses on the health equity domain of health economics. I have developed methods for assessing fairness in mental health and health care use in Australia. I am an approved and trained user of big secured datasets such as the National Health Survey (NHS) of the Australian Bureau of Statistics and the Household, Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia (HILDA)of the National Centre for Longitudinal Data (NCLD). I have published in several top-ranked peer-reviewed journals and worked for funded research projects with international collaborations of researchers in the USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and Bangladesh. Last but not least, I am actively engaged in overseas research training and collaboration between the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) and the University of Southern Queensland (USQ).
